Data Security

How do you really know a partner shares your dedication to data security?

PCI Certification: Because it's not just your customer's data, it's your customer's trust.

Security breaches of sensitive data have occured at large national banks, state and federal agencies, hotels, hospitals, universities, non-profit agencies, dot-com companies, automotive, and retail institutions.

Millions have had their personal information exposed to potential identity theft. Many of these companies have paid excessive fines, or even collapsed under the growing distrust of their customers.

At LOTSolutions, we believe that by securing your customer's data we not only protect your customer relationship, but also protect your company's brand.

That's why LOTSolutions takes every possible safeguard for your customer's data, including proactively attaining PCI Certification (one of few companies to do so in this industry).

Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards were developed through a collaborative effort between VISA and MasterCard, along with American Express, Diners Club, and Discover to provide a uniform approach to standardized data security requirements for merchants, members and service providers. (Click here to read the Industry's Letter to Merchants).

To meet PCI Data Security Standards, a company must meet 12 stringent requirements within the following six categories:
  • Build and Maintain a Secure Network
  • Protect Cardholder Data
  • Maintain a Vulnerability Management Program
  • Implement Strong Access Control Measures
  • Regularly Monitor and Test Networks
  • Maintain an Information Security Policy

With PCI Certification, you can be confident that your customer's data is properly protected -- not just now, but also in the future. PCI Certification requires annual re-certification, so as standards change over time, LOTSolutions will remain in compliance, and you can continue to be assured of your data security.
